Senior Learning & Development Executive Job Description

This role involves designing, implementing, and managing learning programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

  • Leverage expertise in instructional design and curriculum development to create engaging learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.

Key qualifications include a degree in human resources, education, or related field, along with strong project management and organizational skills.

A relevant master's degree is advantageous, as are excellent facilitation and presentation skills.

Data-driven decision-making and program improvement are essential components of this position.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills are required for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, or related field.
