Learning & Development Executive Role

We are seeking a talented Learning & Development Executive to play a pivotal role in crafting and delivering impactful learning experiences across our organization.

  • This executive will work closely with Training Managers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to identify skill gaps, design training materials, and deliver engaging and interactive learning sessions that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and collaborate with key stakeholders to align L&D initiatives with business objectives.
  • Analyze data and feedback to prioritize training initiatives and develop targeted learning solutions that meet the evolving needs of our organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is highly desirable.
  • Proven instructional design and curriculum development skills, with a deep understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
  • Proficiency in utilizing various training delivery methods and technology-enabled learning tools to create immersive learning experiences.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, interpret, and utilize data for informed decision-making and program improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
