Job Summary

Account Manager at Play'n GO

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving customer performance and maximizing revenue through targeted marketing, promotional, and commercial activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer performance and maximize revenue through targeted marketing, promotional, and commercial activities
  • Work closely and proactively with customers to set a roadmap that correlates with the company's overall business and development plan
  • Track and analyze the performance of promotional campaigns, monitoring key KPIs to identify and address any improvements or challenges
  • Serve as a primary source of information for customers on company products, services, systems, and updates
  • Oversee that product offers, contracts, and business models are adjusted to provide the most profitable relationship
  • Liaise between customer and internal cross-functional departments ensuring successful deliverables
  • Report KPIs, metrics, and status reports to management
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, regulatory landscape, competitors' products, and pricing

Requirements:

  • Account management experience with detailed knowledge of the online gaming market and slots in particular
  • Outstanding communication skills, high attention to detail, and very organized
  • Ability to prioritize, balance, and work independently
  • Strong analysis and decision-making skills with an understanding of regulatory challenges and complexities
  • Problem-solving and a can-do attitude
  • Experience working with regulated markets is considered a huge plus
  • Be willing to travel internationally in line with business needs
  • Fluency in English is a must, both written and spoken. Additional language/s are good assets
