Job Description:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in new and existing markets.
  • Partner with window fabricators, builders, contractors, and architects to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Mentor employees to help them achieve individual and team objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business.
  • 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to drive business growth through identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients and key accounts.

Salary: ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum.
