About the Role

At Iosys Software, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through regular communication and effective negotiation skills.
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage the sales pipeline to ensure efficient use of resources and to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and establish competitive advantages to drive business growth.
  • Track key metrics to ensure targets are hit and make data-driven decisions to improve sales performance.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or sales.
  • 1+ years of experience in the sales industry, preferably with a focus on full sales cycles and deal closing.
  • Proven sales success, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • CRM experience is preferred, but not required.
