Responsibilities:

Key Account Identification

The SDR will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by researching and identifying key decision-makers within target companies, primarily in the HR department.

Prospecting and Qualification

Conduct initial conversations with potential clients to understand their hiring needs and pain points, and communicate the value proposition of Apna's HR tech solutions effectively.

Sales Enablement

Schedule qualified meetings and product demos for the sales team, collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies, and maintain accurate records of interactions and activities in the CRM system.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, fluency in Hindi, and 3+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) role.

They should also possess strong interpersonal skills, be proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets, be highly organized, goal-oriented, and competitive. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This is a full-time position that offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
