Global Network Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Global Network Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our global engineering team, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative network solutions and end-to-end support to our clients worldwide.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a collaborative team dedicated to technical excellence and continuous innovation. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues, delivering high-quality support to our clients, and guiding field teams on proper trouble isolation and hardware replacement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues with GTD-5 switches
  • Deliver Tier 3 telephony and hardware support, including fault isolation and resolution
  • Interface with customers, support teams, and vendors to resolve network problems
  • Guide field teams on proper trouble isolation and hardware replacement
  • Document internal processes and mentor other engineers
  • Ensure accurate, timely ticket updates and participate in an on-call rotation

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' hands-on GTD-5 hardware support and telephony troubleshooting experience
  • Experience with call processing and translations
  • Familiarity with central office procedures and ISO27001 compliance
  • Strong communication, customer focus, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently from home and manage time effectively
  • Degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
