Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering network services in a global enterprise environment. They will design and implement Cisco Webex platforms to meet business needs, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Cisco Webex platforms and Control Hub.
  • Integrate Webex with enterprise systems, such as Active Directory, using industry-standard protocols.
  • Configure and troubleshoot PSTN gateways on control hub, ensuring reliable voice communication.
  • Perform core administration and provisioning tasks, including user management, license assignment, and profile configuration.
  • Set up Single Sign-On (SSO) for secure and seamless user authentication.
  • Manage locations and configure location-specific settings, tailoring the solution to meet unique business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot call quality issues using advanced analytics and reporting tools, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Configure hybrid services for integration with on-premises infrastructure, leveraging expertise in Voice over IP technology from Cisco.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in IP telecommunications engineering, with a strong foundation in networking technology and voice communications.
  • Detailed knowledge of networking protocols, architecture, and security best practices.
  • Strong leadership and team-oriented skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
