Lead Network Engineer Opportunities in Wireless Telecommunications and NetworkingJob Description

A seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of wireless telecommunications or networking, focusing on LTE/5G technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop 5G network products to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders including OEMs, carriers, and semiconductor partners to ensure seamless product integration.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing.
  • Lead root cause analysis for high-impact network incidents to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong software background in hardware abstraction layers, device drivers, and radio processing across O-RAN M/C/S/U planes.
  • Deep understanding of 3GPP standards, layer 2/3 protocols, and subsystem interfaces.
  • Proficient in C/C++ on Linux platforms (ARM cores) to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
  • Familiarity with protocols like SNMP, TR-069, YANG, SON, and VoNR to ensure compatibility and interoperability.
