Job Description:

As a Telecommunications expert, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive tests and validations of 5G RAN functionalities. You will ensure compliance with industry standards and requirements by defining wireless coverage needs and selecting radio solutions that meet project requirements.

The ideal candidate should have experience in RAN network interference analysis and mitigation, dimensioning, link budget calculations, coverage planning, and report preparation. Additionally, the candidate should have a strong understanding of spectrum requirements and assist customers in procuring private 5G spectrum.

You will also prepare bills of material and quantities as per project requirements and help customers raise purchase orders. Furthermore, you will stay up-to-date on various OEM solutions and showcase product offerings as per customer business challenges and requirements.

  • Conduct thorough tests and validations of 5G RAN functionalities
  • Define wireless coverage needs and select radio solutions
  • RAN network interference analysis and mitigation support
  • Degree in Telecommunications or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in RAN engineering
