About the Job Opportunity

This is a challenging and engaging role that demands technical expertise in wireless technology.

As a Senior Associate Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing large-scale solutions in production environments. You will work on building robust network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and reliability.

Your key responsibilities will include writing and engineering network device configuration scripts with associated change documentation to meet project goals and deadlines.

You will also be responsible for implementing network changes during appropriate change windows, reviewing and providing feedback on change documentation/engineering of other engineers.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training.
  • 3+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale solutions in production environments, specifically with wireless network cloud technologies.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Programming Languages: Python, Javascript/Typescript.
  • Framworks: FastAPI.
  • Deployment Technologies: Kubernetes, Docker.
  • Source Control: GitHub, Azure DevOps.
  • CICD: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps.
  • Integration/APIs Technologies: REST.
  • Cloud Providers such as Azure and AWS.
  • Demonstrated expertise with protocol analyzers, and test equipment is desired, specifically with Ekahau.
  • Knowledge on Meraki Wireless Cloud Controllers, Meraki Access Points, Wireless Security (ISE and ACS), QOS, NAT, VOIP, Multicast, DNS services, MPLS networks, and network protocols (Ethernet, TCP/IP, SNMP, VLAN Trunking).
