Job Title: Radio Access Network Engineer

About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to design, implement and maintain wireless networks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive tests and validations of 5G RAN functionalities to ensure compliance with industry standards and requirements.
  • Define wireless coverage needs and select radio solutions based on project specifications.
  • Analyze and mitigate RAN network interference, perform dimensioning, link budget analysis, coverage planning and reporting.
  • Understand spectrum requirements and assist customers in acquiring private 5G spectrum.
  • Prepare bills of materials (BOM) and bills of quantities (BOQ) as per project requirements and help customers raise purchase orders.
  • Stay up-to-date on various OEM solutions and showcase product and solution offerings that address customer business challenges and requirements.
  • Develop technical proposals in response to tenders/RFPs involving private mobile networks.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in radio access network engineering.
  • Strong understanding of 5G RAN technologies and standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex network issues.

  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
