Certifications: CCNP Preferable or equivalent knowledge with Hands on experience

Must Have SkillsSolid fundamentals and deep understanding of IPV4 networks (TCP/IP), Network Routing, Switching and Network Access/policy controls

Should have experience in managing WiFi network along with WLC.Hands-on troubleshooting experience with Cisco Routing and Switching, Wireless controller. Should have good understanding in LAN protocols like VLAN , HSRP/VRRP, STP, VTP etc.,LAN protocols and troubleshooting skills in identifying root cause and resolution techniques. To meet SLA, should have good understanding in providing alternate for critical issues.

Should have hands on experience with BGP/OSPF and knowledge on other routing protocols. Deployment experience & troubleshooting skills in identifying root cause and resolution techniques of WAN protocols

Should have hands on experience on CISCO routers and switches. Should have understanding & experience on QoS. CoS.

GRE/IPSec tunnels configurations. Should have skills in analyzing configuration design of deployed network.Should have good understanding on various types of WAN connectivity. Good understanding on MPLS technology w.r.t. enterprise network.Strong skills & experience w.r.t traffic re-routing by understanding deployed network configuration.

Good understanding and resolution skills w.r.t hardware devices both low end & high end devices. Good understanding and deployment skills w.r.t switches stacking. Good understanding and skills in IOS/firmware upgrades.

Good understanding and troubleshooting skills in resolving w.r.t cyber attacks. Should have clarity on physical and virtual devices functionality

Should have good understanding on SDWAN technology.Hands on experience with SDWAN devices is preferable

Should have strong skills in understanding end to end network traffic flow.Good to Have SkillsUnderstanding of security devise deployment and configuration.Good understanding on Cloud based technology

Understanding of SDAInterpersonal skills in motivating team

Minimum Qualification:15 years of full-time education
