
Employee Benefits Administrator

We are seeking an expert to administer employee benefits programs. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, communicating with vendors and employees, processing invoices and payments, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining systems.
The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of experience in end-to-end benefits administration, with strong knowledge of US and Canadian benefits regulations. They must have hands-on experience with HRIS and benefits platforms, as well as analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are also required for working with vendors, employees, and internal partners.
Key Responsibilities- Manage employee eligibility, coverage start/end, and ongoing maintenance of benefits records.
- Process and record benefit enrollments, life events, and terminations in HRMS and related systems.
- Ensure accurate reflection of payroll elements linked to benefits compensation.
