  • Contribute to thought leadership, webinars, and internal knowledge sharing on employee health and benefits topics.
  • Identify negotiable elements of underwriting calculations for employee health and benefits.
Requirements:
  • Proven Leadership skills with experience in leadership roles.
  • Effective Communication and Presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Domain knowledge preferred.
  • 5+ years of work experience in the insurance industry.
  • Post Graduate or Actuarial qualification; experience in Health Insurance preferred.
