Chief Intelligence Strategist

We seek a visionary leader to spearhead our Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning (AI/ML) strategy, revolutionizing our matchmaking platforms.

The ideal candidate will drive innovation across personalized recommendations, fraud prevention, and customer engagement, leveraging data science to redefine how people find love.

  • Lead the AI/ML roadmap that powers personalized matchmaking, fraud detection, and real-time decision-making models to enhance user experiences.
  • Champion the integration of AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to boost developer productivity, automated testing, and code quality.
  • Leverage recommendation engines to personalize matchmaking, content discovery, and elevate overall Customer Experience (CX).
  • Deploy LLM-based solutions to elevate customer support, retention journeys, and contextual engagement.
  • Advanced Analytics for Business Growth: Lead analytics initiatives that drive revenue growth, optimize conversion rates, and improve engagement by turning data into actionable insights.
  • Team Leadership & Innovation: Build, inspire, and lead a world-class data science team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align AI/ML innovations with business objectives, enhancing both product development and user satisfaction.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Implement best practices in data science, ensuring operational efficiency and scaling AI solutions that directly impact business KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 18+ years in technology leadership, including 5+ years in AI Product Development (AI/ML/LLM implementation in B2C/B2B applications)
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field from Tier 1 or Premium Institutions; MBA or executive education preferred
