Job Description

Summary:

  • We are seeking a Chief Financial Strategist to develop and maintain comprehensive financial strategies and roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Program manage multiple key initiatives around cost transformations, AI, automation solutions, product enhancements, process redesign, global enterprise programs, and other finance related programs.
  2. Create project plans with clear action items & milestones.
  3. Establish program budgets and resource allocation.
  4. Manage stakeholder engagement and communications of project plans and status, risks and escalations, and project deliverables.
  5. IDentify and remove obstacles for implementation of projects to ensure timely execution.
  6. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  7. Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and steering committees if requested.
  8. Align project portfolios with organizational financial goals and objectives.
  9. Provide executive-level oversight of critical Order to Cash transformation initiatives.
  10. Anticipate and respond to changing strategic priorities and provide impact in prompt fashion.
  11. Partner with Engineering, Product, and Finance leads to evaluate potential optimizations and strategic initiatives for impact, capacity, and priority.
  12. Support the development of business cases and programs as part of our Finance strategy.
  13. Understand overall demand scope and dependencies and how individual decisions or actions impact roadmap.
  14. Design & Execution of transformation initiatives for finance using Digital, Lean & Six Sigma methods covering themes of standardization, consolidation, re-engineering, and automation.
  15. Build relationships with key decision makers from project inception to post-deployment while ensuring sponsor and end-user satisfaction.
