We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Design and execute end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Implement best practices in financial reporting, adhering to Indian GAAP/IFRS/Ind-AS standards.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and maintain accurate financial management information systems (MIS) reports.

Audit & Compliance

  • Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits, ensuring timely completion.
  • Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, FEMA, and other relevant regulations.
  • Maintain strong internal controls to mitigate risks.
  • Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.

Taxation & Regulatory

  • Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, filings, and assessments.
  • Ensure timely payment of taxes and adherence to statutory deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and implement necessary process updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Professional accounting designation as a CA
  • Minimum 10 years' experience at a senior level financial management position in a similar industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results-driven, strategic thinker, and planner
