Job Title: Innovative AI Strategist

Role Overview:

At our organization, we seek a visionary leader to spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and architecting large-scale GenAI systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Architecture: Develop and implement effective GenAI solutions using LLMs and advanced conversational AI frameworks.
  • Model Development: Refine and optimize LLMs and SLMs using techniques such as PEFT, LoRA, and QLoRA for specific use cases.
  • GCP Expertise:
  • Design and deploy scalable AI solutions utilizing GCP services like Vertex AI, BigQuery, AI Platform, and Cloud Functions.
  • Enhance model performance, efficiency, and reliability within GCP environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, or Applied Mathematics.
  • 15–18 years of experience in software architecture and AI/ML systems.
  • Expert-level experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) for deploying, monitoring, and optimizing AI workloads across cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in Python, with deep knowledge of ML/DL frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
