AI Strategist and Machine Learning Innovator

We are seeking a visionary AI Strategist and Machine Learning Innovator to spearhead our Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning initiatives.

  • Role Overview:
  • Drive innovation in Classical Machine Learning, Conversational AI, and Deep Learning Systems.
  • Provide technical leadership and strategic direction to a team of data scientists.
  • Oversee model development, optimize AI-driven solutions, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with key stakeholders to align AI strategies with business goals.

The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in NLP, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and MLOps to lead the development of scalable AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define and drive the AI/ML strategy aligned with business objectives.
  2. Lead the research, design, and development of cutting-edge machine learning and deep learning models.
  3. Establish best practices for data pipelines, feature engineering, model deployment, and AI governance.
  4. Evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend their adoption where beneficial.
  5. Architect and implement Generative AI solutions to improve conversational AI experiences.
  6. Optimize LLMs (GPT, BERT, T5, etc.) for various business applications.
  7. Work on text generation, semantic search, intent recognition, and AI-driven recommendation systems.
  8. Oversee end-to-end model lifecycle from data collection and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring.
  9. Implement MLOps best practices to streamline model retraining, CI/CD for ML pipelines, and productionization.
  10. Optimize models using hyperparameter tuning techniques.
  11. Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and ML engineers.
  12. Conduct code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  13. Guide junior team members on best practices in data science, deep learning, and software engineering.
  14. Partner with engineering, product management, and business stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into production.
