
Administrative Services Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Human Resources and Administration function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR strategy, overseeing administrative operations, and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures to support organisational objectives
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention initiatives to attract and retain top talent
- Oversee payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee benefits, and performance management to ensure a seamless employee experience
- Coordinate employee engagement, training, and professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Supervise general administration, including facilities management, vendor relations, and office services to maintain a productive work environment
- Provide data-driven insights and reports to inform strategic decision-making
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in manufacturing, export, or real estate sectors
- Proven knowledge of labour laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools
