Mental Health Services Director

About the Role:

Sukoon is rewriting the narrative of mental health in India by delivering high standards of care to our patients. We are looking for a Mental Health Services Director who can lead clinical psychology services, guide treatment plans and supervise junior staff.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Clinical Psychologist with a Master's (M.Phil) / Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology or equivalent and registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in healthcare, leadership capability and strategic thinking.

The role involves conducting daily IPD sessions, keeping residents engaged through activities, conducting OPD at Sukoon Health and maintaining the highest standards of clinical care.

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct daily IPD sessions
  2. Keep residents engaged through activities
  3. Conduct OPD at Sukoon Health
  4. Maintain the highest standards of clinical care
  5. Maintain a patient-first approach by the therapy team through effective team Supervision, regular case discussions, clinical guidance and mentorship
  6. Conducting psychological assessments
  7. Execute clinical program as directed by Clinical Center Head and Executive Director-Psychiatry Services
  8. Assist in PR activities through workshops and CMEs
