This is an opportunity to combine counseling expertise with proactive engagement, fostering a culture of openness, empathy, and resilience in students.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide overnight mental health support on a rotational basis (10 PM – 6 AM).
  • Conduct in-person counseling sessions in student hostels.
  • Facilitate walk-in sessions and manage student appointments through our portal.
  • Undertake floor walks in hostels to build visibility, accessibility, and trust with students.
  • Maintain timely case notes, records, and reports while upholding strict confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to run awareness drives, workshops, and well-being campaigns across campus.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology is mandatory.
  • (1 - 8 years) experience in working with youth/academic mental health, or strong interest.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with students in an empathetic, approachable way.
  • Comfortable with flexible working hours, including night shifts.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi, knowledge of Bengali is a plus.
  • Willing to stay on campus.
