Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Lucknow. The Administrative Assistant will directly assist the Managing Director and will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support our office operations. Day-to-day tasks include managing phone calls and correspondence, scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing reports and documentation, assisting executives, HR roles and ensuring efficient office management and operation.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
