
Head of Client Engagement

As a senior executive, you will lead efforts to engage CXOs and drive business growth with SaaS solutions in the Employee Health & Benefits domain.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans focusing on retention, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities for consistent revenue flow and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver comprehensive client engagement, including benefit strategy, employee communication, wellness consulting, and technology enablement.
- Manage complex stakeholder ecosystems and negotiate at senior levels, leveraging analytical and results-driven skills, excellent communication and relationship management.
- 10+ years of experience in corporate sales, specializing in retention, cross-selling, and upselling within Employee Health & Benefits and SaaS domains.
- Proven track record of engaging with C-level executives (CXOs) to drive business growth and deepen client relationships.
- Deep understanding of Employee Health & Benefits insurance solutions, benefits consulting, technology platforms, and service delivery models in a SaaS-enabled environment.
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with a commitment to on-site presence for team collaboration and client engagement. MBA degree from a prestigious institute and proficiency in MS Office tools required.
