About this role, we're seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for driving business expansion in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
Main Responsibilities:- Market Development: Identify new retail partnerships to grow brand presence and increase sales.
- Retailer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, addressing their needs and providing product support.
- Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets by implementing effective regional strategies and driving revenue growth.
- Promotions & Merchandising: Execute in-store promotions, ensure optimal product placement, and support brand visibility in retail outlets.
- Market Insights: Conduct competitor analysis and gather customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Distribution Coordination: Work with supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries and avoid stock shortages.
- Reporting: Maintain sales records and provide regular updates on performance and market activities.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- English Proficiency: Spoken and written
- Hindi Proficiency: Spoken
- Certifications in skills such as English and Hindi
