As a key member of our growth team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and understanding what's working, what's not, and where we go next.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead data analysis across sales, marketing, and operations to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets/BI tools to track website-to-sales conversions, pipeline velocity, and marketing ROI.
  • Partner with marketing to connect web traffic → lead gen → CRM → revenue attribution.
  • Identify insights and opportunities to improve revenue outcomes.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
  • Design mini-strategies for growth experiments (new geographies, verticals, or customer segments).
  • Prepare actionable reports and recommendations for leadership decision-making.
  • Oversee CRM automations (lead workflows, pipeline hygiene, triggers, integrations).
  • Manage sales reporting and dashboards to ensure visibility into KPIs across teams.
  • Support sales enablement by preparing pitch materials, case studies, and data-backed insights.
  • Streamline sales processes for efficiency.
  • Act as the program manager for strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Ops.
  • Develop project plans, set timelines, and drive accountability across stakeholders.
  • Ensure end-to-end execution of high-priority projects (from ideation to results tracking).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and align resources.
