We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Account Growth Manager to spearhead and scale our government-focused initiatives. As a trusted advisor, you will lead high-value government accounts, build lasting relationships with senior stakeholders, and drive impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for government clients, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across ministries and government bodies.
  • Translate government priorities into effective communication and marketing strategies.
  • Lead campaign planning and execution across digital, social, and on-ground activations.
  • Drive performance marketing initiatives tailored for public sector audiences, ensuring ROI-driven outcomes.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and delivery excellence.

Requirements:

  • 6-7 years of proven experience in account management, performance marketing, or client growth roles.
  • Strong exposure to government or public sector projects.
  • Excellent relationship management skills and negotiation skills.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing and performance metrics.
  • Proven track record in driving account growth and managing multi-stakeholder projects.
