Practice Lead Data Analytics

We are seeking a seasoned Practice Lead to lead our data analytics practice and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact projects that meet client expectations.

  • Provide strategic leadership and manage delivery across multiple client engagements.
  • Prioritize accounts and customer value by ranking projects based on strategic importance, urgency, and other factors.
  • Ensure efficient allocation of resources (personnel, technology) across the portfolio.
  • Develop and implement effective KPIs to measure project success and impact.
  • Optimize resource utilization to avoid overallocation or underutilization.
  • Regularly review project progress to ensure timely completion within scope.
  • Generate detailed reports highlighting progress, risks, and necessary adjustments.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Foster strong stakeholder engagement through effective communication and expectation management.
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements and contractual obligations.
  • Accord the right level of urgency to financial planning, analysis, and budgeting.

About You:

  • 20+ years of experience in data analytics and leadership roles.
  • Expertise in data management, cloud data migrations, data quality and governance, data engineering, ETL/ELT, data ops, BI and analytics, data science and machine learning, and AI/gen AI.
