About this role:
We are looking for ambitious, results-driven individuals to join our team as Sales and Business Development Trainees. This internship provides a comprehensive opportunity to acquire the skills and knowledge required to excel in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and gather industry insights
- Generate new leads through cold calls, emails, and social outreach campaigns
- Qualify leads and maintain engagement with potential clients
- Collaborate with the internal team to develop proposals and sales presentations
- Document client interactions and update CRM systems
- Track and report progress on leads and conversions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
