Job Title: Sales and Business Development Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities include conducting market research to identify potential customers, developing and implementing sales strategies to generate new leads and close deals, educating customers about the benefits of adopting solar and hybrid energy solutions, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction, collaborating with the sales and technical teams to deliver tailored energy solutions, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree or diploma in any stream (with preference for Business, Marketing, or Engineering)
  • Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of local languages is an asset)
  • Good mathematical skills to explain savings, ROI, and pricing models
  • A personal vehicle for field visits
  • Self-motivation, target orientation, and eagerness to learn
