Job Title: Assistant Operations Manager

  • This role is responsible for managing a team of 15 to 30 members, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of operations professionals to achieve exceptional results.
  • Oversee the team's performance and training needs, guiding associates through regular feedback and coaching sessions.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in processes and implement changes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve efficiency and productivity, resulting in enhanced customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with both team members and clients, presenting dashboards and exploring opportunity areas for providing additional services.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, life insurance software, and other tools used in life insurance operations is highly desirable.
