Process Excellence Lead

Job Overview:

As a Process Excellence Lead, you will oversee daily quality assurance operations, drive the development and implementation of quality management systems, ensure adherence to industry standards, and lead initiatives for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage quality audits and produce quality reports, identifying areas for enhancement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and train staff on quality procedures, promoting a culture of excellence
  • Address customer concerns and enhance overall product quality through proactive measures
  • Lead Quality Management System (QMS) initiatives, including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, driving defect analysis, root cause resolution, and process improvement
  • Oversee supplier quality and customer complaint management, as well as lead continuous improvement projects using Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies
  • Mentor and build a strong QA/QC team, possessing in-depth knowledge of SMT, APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, and 8D tools

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
  • 10-15 years' experience in Quality Management within the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) sector
