Job Title: Process Enhancement Coordinator

A key role has opened up for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to contribute effectively in communication, content creation, and process structuring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and structure SOPs for internal processes, ensuring seamless workflow.
  • Write and edit professional emails, content, and communication material, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Assist in preparing training material and contribute to team training initiatives, enhancing collective knowledge.
  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth communication flow, promoting effective teamwork.
  • Maintain documentation and support in creating knowledge repositories, facilitating easy access to information.
  • Provide support in process improvements and operational execution, driving continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration.
  • Good at content writing and professional drafting, producing high-quality output.
  • Ability to create SOPs and process documents, streamlining business operations.
