Overview

About the Role

This is a senior-level leadership position responsible for enhancing the corporate reputation of the organization by monitoring, influencing and improving brand perception.

  • Lead the development and implementation of communication strategies in alignment with global guidance and regional needs.
  • Establish a robust internal communication program to effectively implement change management, foster leadership connect, and enhance employee experience.
  • Maintain a strong corporate reputation through effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage competencies of the corporate communications team to align with business needs.
  • Drive organizational transformation through effective change management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from a reputable institute.
  • PG/Masters in Mass Communication / MBA preferred.
  • At least 15 years of experience in corporate communications in a technology company or global multinational.
  • Experience in managing communications of a listed company would be advantageous.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to drive through partner agencies (PR + Digital).
  • Proven track record of success in cross-cultural matrixed organizations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing communication strategies.
  • Familiarity with leading-edge technologies and tools for communication.
