
Corporate Reputation Enhancement Lead

About the Role:
The General Manager will be responsible for enhancing the corporate reputation of a leading technology company by monitoring, influencing and improving brand perception.
Main Responsibilities:
- Advise executive leaders on communication protocols to mitigate risks and uphold corporate reputation.
- Plan and manage communications around business performance, including quarterly results and annual reports for stakeholders.
- Oversee major milestones, such as transition and transformation programs, to keep stakeholders informed.
- Develop a communication strategy in alignment with global guidance and regional needs to shape narratives for the brand.
- Establish a robust internal communication program to implement change management and enhance employee experience.
- Communicate as a designated spokesperson for external stakeholders to position, protect and enhance the brand.
- Manage and develop competencies, aligning the corporate communications team with business needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from a reputable institution.
- Prioritization of PG/Masters in Mass Communication or MBA.
- A minimum of 15 years' experience in corporate communications within a technology company or multinational.
- Experience managing communications for a listed company is advantageous.
- Leadership experience in managing teams and driving partner agencies (PR + Digital).
- Cross-cultural matrixed organization experience is essential.
