Job Title: Senior Corporate Placement Specialist

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners to secure high-quality placements for students. This includes on-boarding new partners, developing strategies for partnership growth, and negotiating agreements to secure placements.

To achieve this goal, the successful candidate will collaborate with academic departments to align placement opportunities with student skills and curriculum. They will also organize regular meetings and communication with corporate partners, monitor the effectiveness of partnerships, and address any issues that may arise during placements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: MBA or equivalent from a reputable business school with a specialization in Finance, Business Analytics, or Data Science is highly desirable.

Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience in placements, corporate relations, or a related field is required.
