Job Overview:

  • Proposal Development: In this key role, you will develop proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition to clients. This involves determining concept, gathering and formatting information, writing drafts, and obtaining approvals.
  • Concept Creation: You will determine proposal concepts by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs, studying requests for proposal (RFPs), and participating in strategic meetings.
  • Deadline Management: Meeting proposal deadlines is crucial; you will establish priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, approval, and transmittal.
  • Proposal Coordination: You will coordinate requirements with contributors and provide proposal status updates during review meetings.
  • Information Collection: Gathers proposal information by identifying sources of information, coordinating submissions and collections, and communicating risks associated with proposals.
  • Proposal Assembly: Develops proposal by assembling project-related information including objectives/outcomes/deliverables, implementation methods, timetable, staffing, budget, standards of performance, and evaluation criteria.
  • Draft Writing: Writes, revises, and edits drafts, including executive summaries, conclusions, and organization credentials.
  • Presentation Preparation: Prepares presentation by evaluating text, graphics, and binding requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • RFP Research: Conduct thorough research on RFPs to identify opportunities and needs.
  • Proposal Writing: Write clear and concise proposal content that meets client requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure seamless proposal development.
  • Timeline Management: Manage proposal timelines to meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery.
  • Quality Control: Ensure high-quality proposal content by conducting thorough reviews and revisions.
