Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Proposal Engineer to lead our technical document preparation and evaluation efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and reviewing technical documents, including Technical Offers, System Architectures, Bill of Materials (BOMs), basic designs, calculations, and commercial offers, for various projects.

  • Develop and review technical documents, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Organize project initiation and review meetings, guaranteeing that all stakeholders have a clear understanding of project requirements and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate customer needs and develop strategic responses to Requests for Quotations (RFQs) from current and potential customers.
  • Conduct site visits as necessary to gather information and address utility/facility constraints related to ongoing projects.
  • Lead daily and weekly project sales meetings, tracking progress and providing regular updates on project status.
  • Manage project coordination with customers, material vendors, subcontractors, and internal staff to ensure seamless execution.

Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, E&T, or Instrumentation Engineering is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical drawings, switchgear selection, and current load calculation is required.
  • Ability to read and prepare detailed technical offers, system architectures, and BOMs is essential.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, relationship management, and problem-solving skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
