About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Pre-Sales & Tendering Specialist to lead the proposal development, technical bid creation, and tendering processes for national and international projects in geospatial mapping. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GIS, remote sensing, drone technology, photogrammetry, LiDAR, and government tendering norms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end proposal and bid management for government and private tenders.
  • Collaborate with technical and sales teams to create tailored solutions for client requirements.
  • Prepare high-quality technical and commercial proposals aligned with project specifications.
  • Analyze and interpret project documents, eligibility criteria, and contract clauses.
  • Engage in pre-bid meetings, client interactions, and clarification rounds.
  • Maintain and update bid tracker, proposal templates, and documentation library.
  • Support business development team in client presentations and solution pitching.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Geomatics, Civil Engineering, Geography, Remote Sensing, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in geospatial pre-sales, tendering, or proposal management.
  • Strong understanding of geospatial technologies including GIS, LiDAR, photogrammetry, UAVs, and CAD.
  • Proven experience in preparing winning proposals for national and international projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project planning, stakeholder management, and ISO documentation.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to international bidding and knowledge of pricing models.
  • Familiarity with quality management standards.
