Legal Associate Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in drafting and vetting legal agreements and contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, lease agreements, and employment-related documents. They will also support senior legal team members in handling regulatory and compliance matters, conduct basic legal research, prepare case summaries and legal notes, maintain proper documentation and records of all legal files and agreements, coordinate with internal departments to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation, and assist in preparing responses for notices, queries, or legal correspondence.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of retail laws, intellectual property, commercial contracts, real estate, labor laws, and dispute resolution. Excellent drafting and communication skills are essential for this role.

Main Responsibilities:
