Job Title: Litigation Associate

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior lawyers and clients on diverse litigation matters, ensuring timely and effective representation.

As a litigation associate, you will be responsible for drafting pleadings, petitions, written statements, and other legal documents. You will also conduct legal research and prepare case notes, opinions, and briefs.

You will appear before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities, assist in strategy formulation and case preparation, and liaise with clients and keep them updated on case progress.

In addition, you will ensure compliance with procedural requirements and deadlines, collaborate with internal teams for case-related support and documentation, and develop strong drafting and legal research skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft pleadings, petitions, written statements, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare case notes, opinions, and briefs.
  • Appear before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities.
  • Assist in strategy formulation and case preparation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong drafting and legal research skills.
  • Knowledge of civil and commercial litigation procedures.
  • Effective communication and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail with sound problem-solving ability.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
  • Law graduate with 1–3 years of relevant litigation experience.
  • Enrolled with the Bar Council.
  • Prior exposure to civil, commercial, or regulatory litigation preferred.
