Job Title:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced legal professional to manage all legal and compliance matters for our business.

About the Role:
  • This role involves drafting and reviewing legal documents, preparing applications and filings, representing the company in proceedings, and closely coordinating with senior advocates and external legal advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, affidavits, and applications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  2. Handle compliance-related work across corporate, real estate, and regulatory matters, providing strategic advice to management as needed.
  3. Represent the company in legal proceedings, hearings, and government offices when required, ensuring effective communication and coordination with stakeholders.
  4. Maintain organized legal records and case files, facilitating efficient retrieval and analysis of information.
  5. Coordinate with senior advocates, external counsel, and consultants to ensure smooth handling of ongoing matters, leveraging expertise and resources to achieve optimal outcomes.
  6. Monitor changes in relevant laws/regulations and keep management updated, enabling proactive decision-making and risk management.
  7. Provide strategic legal advice to management on various transactions and disputes, offering informed guidance to drive business success.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • LL.B. degree (LL.M. preferred but not mandatory) from a recognized institution.
  • Enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India, demonstrating commitment to professional standards and ethics.
  • 3+ years of experience in litigation, compliance, or corporate law, with a strong understanding of regulatory processes, property laws, and commercial law.
  • Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior lawyers, regulators, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines independently, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to meet objectives.
