Job Overview

Legal Expertise Required
  • We seek a skilled legal professional to ensure compliance with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 by reviewing and responding to legal proceedings, including RERA appeals and submissions.
  • Represent the organization in HRERA and HREAT proceedings, briefing external counsel as necessary.
  • Draft and review complex legal documents, such as settlement deeds and other agreements, to safeguard the company's interests.
  • Maintain accurate records of legal cases, including CRM intimation and interim/final orders tracking.
  • Utilize advanced MS Excel skills to track and analyze critical legal data.
  • Perform various legal tasks assigned by the organization, including briefing external counsel and reviewing customer documentation.
