IT Infrastructure Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're on the hunt for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our IT Infrastructure recruitment strategy.
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for sourcing top IT talent and building high-performing teams that power our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies for large-scale IT projects
- Identify and engage passive candidates through job boards, ATS, and creative sourcing techniques
- Create strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs in the IT services sector
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines
- Screen candidates for skills, cultural fit, and compensation alignment
- Analyze and improve sourcing performance using data and insights
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in IT Infrastructure recruitment
- Proven track record of managing high-volume mandates and meeting aggressive timelines
- Mastery of Boolean search and hands-on experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and CRM platforms
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience in IT services, SaaS, or tech recruitment is highly valued
