Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Assist with recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates through job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and conduct follow-up communications.
- Support the HR Manager in maintaining employee records, performance management processes, and employee onboarding procedures.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Participate in employee engagement activities, such as training sessions, workshops, and team-building events.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and job boards is an asset.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive and eager to learn, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
