Job Title: Key Talent Acquisition Specialist

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans to identify, attract, and retain top talent for the organization.
  • Design and implement effective recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with a network of candidates, recruiters, and other stakeholders to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar HR role, with a proven track record of success in talent acquisition and management.
  • Strong knowledge of local Indian labor laws and policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of people.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with experience using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
