Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, oversee client relationships and ensure timely hiring to meet operational needs.
This role involves developing effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, managing employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, implementing performance appraisal systems, and fostering a positive work environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to coordinate induction programs for new hires, plan and execute employee engagement activities, track training effectiveness and employee progress, and implement and update HR policies and procedures.
