Expert Technical Client Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, investigating and solving complex problems, and maintaining accurate records of discussions with customers.
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee and address technical needs for our clients. The job requires managing existing key accounts, developing new business opportunities within current clients, and collaborating with internal teams for escalations or critical issues.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts and develop new business opportunities.
- Investigate and solve complex problems faced by customers and forwarded by the customer support desk.
- Collaborate with internal teams for escalations or critical issues and extend support to retain customer business.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in Customer Support, Technical Account Management, preferably from Telecom or IT.
- Engineering Graduate in Computer Science or Electronics.
- Proactive, Self-Motivated, Analytical mindset to solve issues with focus on client/customer requirement.
- Takes initiative and accountability, Team Player, and excellent communication skills.
