Job Title: Technical Expert for Application Performance Management

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled technical expert to join our team as a Technical Expert for Application Performance Management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining application performance management tools, specifically Dynatrace.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, implement, and maintain APM tools, focusing on Dynatrace components such as OneAgent, Synthetic Script, DCRUM, and Enterprise Synthetic Scripts.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize application performance, troubleshoot performance-related issues, and ensure seamless system integration.
  3. Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python for tasks related to APM tool maintenance and configuration.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall system efficiency.

Required Skills:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Dynatrace tools, including OneAgent, Synthetic Script, DCRUM, and Enterprise Synthetic Scripts.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Python programming language for scripting and automation tasks.
  • OneAgent Certification (Dynatrace Associate) is a plus.
